The college was established in 2014 as a project to support young girls who have left schooling and at risk of becoming drop out.

Conforti Girls Empowerment Vocational Institute has two (2) buildings, a story and a flat.
Moreover it has five (5) classrooms and two (2) office spaces.
- A practical sewing room for the dress making students.
- Modern canteen and a modern kitchen for catering students.
- A practical room for the cosmetologist.
