On Tuesday 10 November 2020, the GIZ Employment Promotion Programme (EPP) project together with their cooperation partners held a planning workshop at The Place Resort in Tokeh. EPP had started its fourth phase in August 2020 and is scheduled to conclude in April 2024. The German International Cooperation, also referred to as the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), concluded training for 294 staff and students from seven educational institutions across Sierra Leone. The training was facilitated by Maryam Darwich, change management consultant and managing director of Afriqia HR Solutions, and her team comprising Jonathan Abdul-Shereef and Sylvester Macavoray.
